NBC at IAA 2024, Germany
Event Strategy to attract Auto MNCs
Situation: NBC Bearings was attending the world's largest Automotive event (IAA) pitching Commercial Vehicle companies.
Task: Maximize booth footfalls, generate high-quality leads.
Action: Developed targeted LinkedIn and Instagram plan (summary slide shown). è Developed Promo and FOMO copy. Designed landing page.
Result: Successful at generating many leads, positve client feedback.




Go To Market Strategy
For a SAAS - "Social CRM"
Situation: Socielo Tech needed a Go-To-Market strategy for Relaso, their proprietary “Social CRM”.
Task: Position Relaso against established CRM brands (Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft etc.)!!
Action: Conducted competitor analysis, defined pricing strategy, and developed marketing tactics (1st month Free trial + refer-a-client to get 1 month free, ala Dropbox). Created client pitch PPT, differentiating Social CRM from traditional CRM
Result: Successful 2024 launch. Got 6 clients so far, with many users each, using my GTM & PPT.




International Biz Dev Strategy
For a a Digital Agency, to acquire foreign clients
Situation: Symmetrix Systems needed a Biz Dev strategy to get high ticket price "foreign" clients.
Task: Showcase Symmetrix as a premier Digital Agency to international clients, and win deals.
Action: Updated their SM handles, created landing page and ran SM ads targeting foreign companies. XOR luxury phone Co. from England, contacted us. Developed a 360º proposal, along with a Media plan, after extensive market analysis & calculations.
Result: Clinched a $100k deal for XOR’s India Brand Activation, involving both Physical ($70K-ish) and Digital ($25k) Marketing. Campaign starts in April.




Account Based Marketing
ABM for Real Estate Company
Situation: Trueseed, North India's 2nd largest office real estate company, sought worthy clients.
Task: Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy targeting clients looking for NCR offices.
Action: Analyzed client base, objections & needs. Identified IT/BFSI as best sectors. Crafted the messages and Ad copy targeting CEOs/CFOs.
Result: Campaign launched, generated a few site visits, first conversions took place in January 2025.



NBC Indi-Day Campaign
Engagement Strategy
Situation: NBC Bearings' Indi - Day campaign.
Task: Connect emotionally with employees and Indian audience on LinkedIn & Instagram.
Action: Identified emotional connection as key objective and proposed four themes, with NBC selecting "Contributing to India's progress". Created hashtags #TogetherWeProgress and #MadeForTheWorld, designed pre-event posts to build momentum, and crafted an employee engagement message, video and image copy. Result: Successfully executed campaign across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, engaging employees and audience through emotional storytelling, despite lukewarm response due to national-level trending controversy (click to see)




Co-Authoring a Strategy Paper, Writing for Planning Commission
Large NGO and a State Government
Situation(s): Rajiv Gandhi Foundation aimed to transform India's Health and Medical Devices (HMED) sector. In another task, RGF’s Director asked me to frame growth strategies, for the Chhattisgarh State Planning Commission’s report.
Task(s): Co-author business side of the Strategy Paper to revitalize India’s HMED. Also formulate growth plans of 11 Chhattisgarh industry sectors
Action(s): Analyzed HMED sector, and modelled industry dynamics and dependencies to frame a 3 stage, 10 year strategy. Paper here. And identified choke-points by studying disparate data streams in Chhattisgarh industries, to frame growth plans.
Result(s): The HMED paper was referred by state Govt’s for their HMED parks. Meanwhile schemes worth 100s of millions, were rolled out, as per the Chhattisgarh SPC’s inputs, to boost GSDP & SROI
